ABOUT ME
Hello there.
My name is Jonathan Lanz, I'm training to be a life coach, and, as with all things, I need to practice to get even better. I believe I should never stop learning, I never know enough, about life, or my part in it. For most of my life I was stuck in a cave, warm and cosy, safe and sound, but I wasn't fulfilled, There were things about me I needed, and wanted to, change. I thought there was more to the life that I lived at the time. I was scared of change, scared of failing, scared of the scars from my past, but I knew there was a new "me", desparate to flourish. I wanted to move onwards.
Therefore I started on my journey several years ago to develop myself, at first it was tough, it hurt, it shook my self understanding and soul, but I kept on,and now, each day brings new insights, new understanding, new hope. It's been worth it.
I know I can't change the world, but I can change myself.
I keep things as simple as possible, but the goal is forward movement. If this mountain we call life has a peak, then I'm going to reach it or die trying !
I'm originally from Great Britain, but have lived most of my adult life in Denmark. I speak danish, so don't worry.
I'm married to Line, a trained psychotherapist and Yoga teacher, and we have 3 sons, and even a couple of grandchildren.
At present I'm studying on ID acadamy's life coach course, as part of that course I need to practice as much as possible to get even more experience, therefore I'm offering coaching at a very reasonable rate, I'm not doing this for money but for a chance to learn more.

All coaching, unless otherwise arranged, will take place in my home in Helsingør. I'll even throw in a nice mug of English tea.
Sessions will be approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, and can be arranged for evenings and weekends. I have a "day job" !
During my study period my fees will be very minimal, It's not about the money, it's about the commitment to change.
